Something Wrong?

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, let us know within 30 days of receiving it.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

If the mistake is ours, we’ll make it right at no additional cost to you.

Double-Check Your Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, we’ll happily resend it once we’ve confirmed the updated address. Reshipping costs will apply.

Returns & Refunds

Because every Cute But Majnoona piece is made just for you, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Changing your mind after placing an order

How to Start a Return

If your order qualifies for a return, email us within 30 days of receiving your order at:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked shipping service. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process any approved refund within 7 business days.

We’ll send you an email as soon as your refund has been issued.
